SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER PROTECTION POLICY
ATMI, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, the “ATMI Entities”) are committed to the responsible protection of Social Security numbers (“SSNs”) collected in the course of business. The ATMI Entities protect the confidentiality of SSNs, including by maintaining physical and electronic security procedures to protect against unauthorized access to SSNs. The ATMI Entities also limit their employees’ access to SSNs on a need-to-know basis, granting access to SSNs only to personnel who need such access to perform their work for ATMI. In addition, the ATMI Entities share SSNs with third parties only as permitted or required by law.
